At Re-Automator, we love working on machines and enjoying the products they produce. For us, true service goes well beyond fixing something once it has already broken. Through quality care and preventative maintenance, we respect the design and integrity of the equipment, doing our best to keep it operating like it was built to. Ideally, this creates a mutual partnership with our clients leading to increased longevity and function of the equipment.
​We have years of experience working and running cafes, so we understand the shop owner’s perspective. We strive to provide expert technical service and excellent customer service. 

Adam
Prior to opening Re-Automator, Adam worked as a field technician with Solutions Espresso Services in San Diego, California. While at Solutions, he was provided with many training opportunities and expert resources that are difficult to come by without a similar mentor. This priming, coupled with five years of servicing 3-5 locations a day, allowed for Adam to become knowledgeable and proficient in a wide variety of espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water filtration applications.
Before he became a technician, Adam worked behind the counter in small cafes, roasted coffee in Hawaii, and also managed a scratch bakery and cafe for a large corporate retailer. 
While it has been good to be exploring for the last 10 years, it has never been as sweet to return home to the mountains of Western North Carolina. 

Mini
Our trusty work hearse. Native to the frigid cold of Minnesota, Mini thought that her life was preordained. While happy to be a productive member of society, there was always the rumbling of potential in the back of her engine block. “As a top of the line luxury sedan with the same engine as a Camaro SS, must I always be driven 10 miles at a time, under 40 miles an hour? Is it just because of the shape of my roof?” Little did she know that she would get another lease on life. Mini is excited to hit the open road and do something a little less macabre for once by helping keep things out of the grave.

With more usable space than a van, as good or better gas mileage, and the eye-catching lines of a classic Cadillac she is perfect to help Re-Automate Asheville.
